Discover Yourself

”You are as big as you believe you are.”

One of the paradoxes of the spiritual path is that you become what you perceive.  If you perceive yourself as prosperous, loving, healthy and successful, then you would become that.

But the problem is that • we are our worst enemies •

We are the ones who judge ourselves the most, it is we who do not forgive ourselves, it is we who tear ourselves down again and again.

All our perceptions are rooted in the unconscious and we only know what is there when life puts us in situations where we can see our programming, and recognize how we think and feel about ourselves.

You have to pay attention to every moment and you will understand that the law of attraction works when those unconscious negative programs have been seen, recognized, accepted, embraced and therefore released.

The transformation is not in changing yourself, the transformation occurs when you "see" yourself.

The negative programs haven’t changed because we are still unaware of them, even if you are on the spiritual path for many years and the ego says that we have already seen everything.  Well, if so, today you would be living the life of your dreams and you would have achieved mastery in manifesting the reality you desire on every level.

The truth is that we don't know ourselves.  We still haven't really seen it.

Interestingly, seeing those unconscious programs in action in everyday life is an immense joy.

No matter how painful that old program is, seeing it is like waking up from an illusion in which you have been trapped a thousand and one times.

• Seeing is Growth, seeing is Joy •  Growth and joy go always together and occur at the same time.

The liberation is in seeing yourself, not in changing yourself and the paradox is that • when you see yourself you change •  Not because you want to change and do it actively, but because you no longer fall into the illusion of suffering that you had harbored for so long, now you are free from the spells you had put on yourself and with that acceptance, self-love begins.  The only real love is the love you have for yourself, the love for the other is just an extension of this.

There is only one love and it begins with seeing yourself.

Contemplation

Over the next few days, observe how you see yourself as if it were the first time you looked.

Who do you think you really are?

Don't let the mind define this question with a fabricated phrase.  ‘Discover’ what you think you are by observing your unconscious thoughts, emotions and actions throughout the day, bringing them to consciousness with the light of your attention.
